1. About Easy Fundly

Easy Fundly is an online fundraising platform that allows individuals and organizations ("Campaign Creators") to create fundraising campaigns and receive donations from third parties ("Donors").

Easy Fundly is a technology platform only and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

To use Easy Fundly, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Campaign Creators Responsibilities

Campaign Creators agree that:

• All information provided in campaigns is truthful, accurate, and not misleading
• Funds will be used solely for the purposes described in the campaign
• Campaigns will not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal campaigns are strictly prohibited

Easy Fundly reserves the right to remove campaigns or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Donations

• Donations made through Easy Fundly are voluntary and generally non-refundable
• Easy Fundly does not guarantee any fundraising results
• Donors understand that Easy Fundly does not control how funds are ultimately used

5. Fees and Payments

• Easy Fundly charges a platform fee of 3% per transaction, unless otherwise stated
• Payment processing fees may apply and are charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• Funds are transferred directly to the Campaign Creator's connected bank account
• Easy Fundly does not store banking or credit card information

6. Taxes and Tax Forms

Campaign Creators are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether donations are taxable
• Reporting income to the appropriate tax authorities
• Providing tax receipts or forms (including IRS forms, if applicable)

Easy Fundly does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for tax compliance.

7. Third-Party Payment Providers

Easy Fundly uses third-party payment processors. By using the Service, you agree to comply with their terms and policies.

Easy Fundly is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Easy Fundly for:

• Fraud, scams, or misleading fundraising
• Hate, violence, or illegal activities
• Money laundering or financial crimes
• Impersonation or false representation

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Easy Fundly may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Easy Fundly is not liable for:

• Loss of funds
• Campaign outcomes
• Disputes between donors and campaign creators
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Fundly from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Easy Fundly may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
